While our daycare space is designed with the dogs in mind, sometimes pups just need more space to RUN! It is for this reason that, in addition to our daycare space, Bark to Basics also rents 3 fenced in acres on a private ranch in Montara that we utilize as our own private dog park. The ranch is located only 20 minutes from daycare, just past Pacifica and we take a group of dogs out there daily. There is no additional cost for your dog to participate in field trips but there is an additional requirement. Field Trip Requirements: Because the property is in a rural area, wildlife will come out in the evening and weekends when the dogs are not present. Because of this and out of abundance of caution, we require all field trip dogs to have their leptospirosis vaccine.
